Finding the right counselor can be daunting at times, but do not be discouraged. Cheryl Vinson was referred by a dear friend and she is truly amazing! My self development skills and mental health have significantly improved since I started my sessions with her. Cheryl is very friendly and approaches each individual differently, based on their temperament. She has a way of planting seeds of thought (which provoke healthy changes) and helping me nurture the growth which comes from those changes. That was my experience during our sessions based on my unique challenges, perspective, and personality.
