  I had a super positive experience with Woodard Properties. Hez, who showed me my new apartment (yay!) gave a meticulous tour of everything, and answered all of my mother's overly investigative questions. The application process was breezy; everyone who answered my calls was helpful and kind. Very pleasant establishment, recommend!

  Rented a paring spot from them and had great, timely and helpful responses from Siporah when I needed help. I would recommend to anyone who needs a place to park their car quick!

  I worked with Teshell in January 2026 to find a new office. We met at the office building, and she did a great job of showing me around. It looks like I may not rent the office, but if I need additional help in the future, I will reach out to her.
