We were looking for a new VW for my mom and found a car she liked at a dealership in Wilkes-Barre. We were about to call them when we spoke with Jared DelValle, who had the same car in stock. He went to work and called us back with a number that was much better than the other dealership.
Jared sent over the credit link, got the approval, and had the car cleaned and ready. The paperwork was all set when we arrived. Pete Sapienza, the Finance Manager, made my mom feel comfortable; we signed, and that was it.
Before we left, Jared showed her all the features and helped connect her phone. She drove away in a new silver Tiguan and is now a new customer. From the first call to driving away, the whole experience was a 10/10. We would and will highly recommend Jared, Pete, and the entire team.

Made appointment to trade in leased Tiguan. Left later that day with a 2026 Tiguan. Vince and his team made me feel like a priority, finding cars I could test drive and then handling the finances seamlessly. It was a great deal and everything - tags transferred,
set up my new app, made sure everything was out of my old car (almost forgot my EZ Pass transponder), and went over all the new technology - had me on my way with new wheels in a couple hours. Enjoyable experience. Highly recommend
